We believe our model is unique.
Eir Solus in conjunction with our partners, will optimise the solar array design on the available lands , including an initial planning assessment and
evaluation of grid capacity.
The option agreement is signed between the landowner and Eir Solas where the landowner receives a sign up fee. A typical partnership will be formed as part of a 35+ year lease agreement, Eir Solas will endeavour to take into account present and future landowner interests.
Once the option agreement has been executed,we will commence the planning design and lodge the planning application with the relevant County Council. We will work with our industry experts to mitigate as many planning risks as possible before the application is lodged.
With every energy project, understanding the electrical grid infrastructure requirements and
the planning process is key to project success. We work closely with EirGrid, ESB and the relevant planning authorities to ensure that both the grid and planning applications are successful.
The construction of the solar panel arrays can be completed in a 6 to 8 month timeframe
(depending on the size of the project) with minimal or no disruption to adjacent land.
The grid connection works will commence before the solar array installation and can take up to 12 months to construct.
Profits after development costs are distributed to Eirsolus & Landowners at capital. We host quarterly shareholders meetings and reviews.
